Martial arts is life! Aside from the physical benefits of strength, flexibility and endurance that could be carried to other sports as well as overall functionality and longevity, #Karate and #Judo instill discipline, respect, self-restraint, confidence and mental toughness.

Super fun #dumbbell #supersets during #pregnancy with a 12 kg weight 💪

10x alternate arm #snatches
5x one-arm #cleanandpress right
5x one-arm clean and press left
20 reps total

I usually do at least 4 or 5 rounds of this with a moderately challenging weight. Feels so good in keeping up with my #functional #strength #training as well as giving me a good #cardio kick ❤️
